"Teri was our floor consultant.  Her industry knowledge, follow up on a Mohawk carpet for availability and pricing, and negotiation was professional.  Her follow  up after installation was outstanding.  She under stands what customer service is all about. <br> <br>The installers were on time, polite, and did a great job moving furniture.  They were careful not to damage furniture and walls and the entrance door and trim.  They answered all our questions and were very efficient with the removal and installation of the new pad and carpet. <br> <br>They installed carpet in our Living Room, master bedroom, and basement steps.  Came back the next day and removed carpet and pad and installed new pad and carpet in two additional bedrooms. <br> <br>The seam in the master bedroom and living room were extremely well done.  Seam was not visible.  They did a great job laying the carpet in our master bedroom closet with no seams.  No seams in the two guest bedrooms. <br> <br>The edge work against the wood floor and porcelain tile bathroom floor was excellent. They did a really good job cleaning up and vacuuming the new carpet. <br> <br>Note:  We found the carpet at one of their competitors and they were able to get the exact same carpet.  I shopped at four carpet and floor stores and had prices from all four.  Coyle Carpet was 2nd lowest price and I went back and gave them the opportunity to lower their price...which they did so I gave them the order. <br> <br>Overall my wife and I are extremely pleased with the sales support and customer installation.  Communications on arrival of the carpet, scheduling, and installation was excellent.  We highly recommend Coyle Carpet. <br> <br>I am the Property Chairman (volunteer) at our church and I went to two stores for vinyl flooring for our Parsonage.  Coyle Carpet's price was significantly less than a leading Madison carpet store.
