They left the gas on my hot water heater but didn?t turn on my hot water heater then when they came back out to fix the issues and pick up the trash and tools they left they left the pipe for the gas not tightened so gas filled my house then when we got our inspection from the city they failed it the gas vent wasn?t done correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone talked to Steve he was going to find out more about the issues I had but never called me back "

Services are available throughout the entire state of Kansas. Our inspectors are accredited Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultants (CIEC) through American Council for Accredited Certification, certified EIFS inspectors through Exterior Design Institute and Moisture Warranty; certified as AHERA Asbestos Building Inspectors. EPA approved certification and state registration is required for asbestos inspections and/or testing. However, certification and registration is NOT required for mould inspections or testing services. There is no licensing required for either asbestos or mould inspections or testing services. We do not utilize sub-contractors. We provide a list of recommended companies for our clients' who need abatement or remediation services. We do not guarantee or warranty these companies' services, but simply provide this list as a convenience for our clients. Inspection fees vary based on the type of property (commercial or residential structures), location, size, and specific needs of the client.
