"We came home last night and closed the garage with no problem. About two minutes later, we heard a loud pinging sound. We werenâ t sure what happened and went out to investigate and the garage door would no longer open. I called Primos, it was about 8 PM at night. Toby called me right back and came out the next morning and fixed everything. Turns out we had two broken springs! Service was quick and extremely professional. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs garage service!!"
