His 3D renderings showed us exactly what the new kitchen would look like, being able to move & change cabinets to look and work best. When the project started, Tony was onsite to make sure it happened according to the plan. Tony closely monitored the crew and kept in great communication with us throughout the process. "Do not use B.W. Tile. We paid him to complete a 2 bathroom job. He charged $17,000 for the two bathrooms. Every week he demanded money and he paid him a total of $16,500 in cash because he didn't want to claim it on his taxes. We kept asking when the second bathroom would be done. Two months later and we get a text (not even a phone call) stating he's decided NOT to do the 2nd bathroom. I requested my money back since he didn't do the job, and he refused. After screaming and yelling at me for 20 minutes, he refused to return our money so now we will be taking him to court. Way to go B.W. Tile!"
