"Michael arrived exactly on time and took me to sign a lease on my new apartment, stopping twice along the way so I could buy a money order for the security deposit.  He had memorized directions to the new place, which were complicated - we had no problems finding the place and he got me there right on time.  Picking out my apartment and signing the lease took much longer than expected and he waited patiently for over an hour and a half.  He then brought me home.  This was the second time I had used his service and I was just as pleased the second time as the first.  I had to reschedule twice and he was very pleasant about it - in fact he was very pleasant and professional in all our interactions. "I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"While I love my kitchen and sunroom, I attribute a great deal of that to the constant presence and follow-up by my spouse - doing a lot of what I would expect a general contractor to do. MW is a lot better than other contractors I have had, but fell below expectations (based on reviews I read at the time of signing my contract). A lot of issues resulted from a lack of communication or miscommunication between MW and their subcontractors. We signed a contract in May 2013, expecting work to begin relatively soon. Work did not begin until after labor day. I have an extra row of lights in the kitchen due to a lack of passing design details onto the electrician, and the electrician did not put the appropriate ampage in the light switch - my spouse found this and it had to be corrected - potential hazard with an overheaded light switch! The join between the house and the addition was not done correctly. We had to have that completely redone by another roofing company. It makes me mad when contractor's work will not hold up for the long term - this had already been addressed once by MW. The AC unit in the addition was not installed correctly, resulting in a leak and subsequent repair in my brand new wall. My husband came up for many of the solutions regarding the tile installation in tricky areas. The kick in the pants was when we got a notice of a mechanics lien on our house due to lack of payment to a subcontractor (apparently the sub did not file some paperwork with the county). I know that is how things work, but I don't expect that from a contractor I selected because of a huge number of positive reviews on a site like Angie's List. I think that all reviewers should wait 6 months or a year to see how things stand the test of time before writing a glowing review."

"Nabil arrived on schedule, called in advance to let me know they were on the way. Once arrived, Nabil and his helper reviewed the areas to be cleaned, and discussed with me what would be done. Very friendly and informative, as each room was completed he asked me to take a look to be sure i was happy with the results. Once finished he gave instructions on letting carpet dry, and what to expect. No problems with service. Would use again."

"I had a nightmare situation with my home warranty company where I had been waiting 50+ days with no end in site for getting my AC fixed. I just needed a fan motor and capacitor but they were doing nothing. I called Grove & Son and not only did he agree to come out, but he had a couple cancellations and offered to come earlier. He ordered the parts needed, had them overnighted and in 2 days my unit was fixed and is running fantastic. Not only that but he was a friendly, professional, great conversationalist and an understanding ear. "Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!
