Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Comstock, MI

"We had storm damaged aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. This was done during January and we were cautioned that work would be performed weather permitting. Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. Highly satisfied and enthusiastically recommend them."

"It isn't done yet, but the construction manager is not being cooperative about some details that are very important to us. His comments on the material and timing for staining the deck are not consistent with information from lumber experts I know."

"From the start to the finish of this small fence project Property Revolution was spot on with every aspect of this job. Don't hesitate to call them."

"Highly recommend this team! Kyle is a very respectable family man who takes a lot of pride in the work he does. Fast and honest communication with realistic quotes. Kyle ensures the job meets your standards through the process. We have had a shingled roof, siding and stairs done previously by this team, currently scheduled to have a new metal roof put on our barn. Check these guys out for quality job completion!"

"Excellent workers. Went without any problems. I have other work to be done, and will be calling Roofs And More I highly recommend."

"There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."

"We had a difficult time getting our schedules to coordinate but he did a nice job of fixing the areas. He also used some of his own materials, saving me money. Once we finally started the work, he was fast and efficient.

"A year or so ago we had Dennison install gutter topper on the front of our house. I works so well we had them come back and complete the house gutter. The installers were on time and did a great job. Highly recommend Dennison for your gutter needs."

"The repairs went well, the quality was great. The repeated calls to actually get them to show up was very unprofessional. I will not hire them again."

"Had to pester them to schedule a date, they didn't call ahead, I came home one day to see it had been done. Left no note or follow up. Noticed water spilling over gutters where it shouldn't in the winter. Finally got up there to inspect early June 2017 after noticing significant over-spill. 10+ missing/broken fasteners on my small ranch home. They fastened the downspouts to my house, but doubt they did any work in the actual eaves. Would not recommend unless I was there to supervise and the price was lower."
