"His communication was top notch and because his pricing was in line with others I chose him because of their willingness to respond quickly to questions. The concrete is not level with our existing slab and is a potential tripping hazard. We voiced our concerns and they made no effort to make it right only suggesting ways that we as the homeowner could fix ourselves which we are not professionals or capable of doing. We have also since found spots of puddling that are not level. Despite our unhappiness, we did pay though I would have preferred to withhold the second payment. The explanations provided for the unevenness we have since learned were not valid after consulting another concrete company. I am seriously disappointed in not only the professional but in myself for not paying more careful attention to detail as they were working the job before it was too late to correct."

"Wanted to give First Choice Grading & Septic Services praise for their prompt response when I needed a septic tank replaced within 7 days. The owner, Bobby came out on 6/18/25 to give me a quote and was able to coordinate with the delivery of a new septic tank and inspection for the following day. Bobby and his crew arrived the next morning at 8:30AM and pumped, crushed, removed the old tank and leveled the ground for new tank before noon. He had coordinate delivery of the new tank at 12:30 and had tank installed and code inspection by 3:15 PM. Code Inspector also praised Bobby for the quality of the install and going above code on plumbing. Bobby checked both D-boxes with his camera system also. I am grateful for Bobby's expertise on the install knowing I will have decades of reliability. After the install, Bobby was meticulous on grading the property where the tank was installed. I highly recommend First Choice Grading and Septic Services for all you septic needs. "
