"Asking $600 to replace a toilet is a bit ridiculous. A toilet is selling for $99 at home depot, so thats $500 in mark up. I initially hired them to replace a toilet flapper. The technician came and said he never saw a flapper like the one I had and suggested replacing the toilet. I order the replacement part on Amazon for $12 and did it myself. The trip costs $99 but I got a coupon of $50 because they missed my first appointment. So that&s $50 for just him coming on site and telling me that he couldn't help and suggested to replace the toilet for $600."

They were very kind and professional. Eugene and Ryan did an amazing job. They had to cut out and replace brass fittings and pex piping, replace the shut-off valve and replace the kitchen faucet.
