"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Chris was very professional and showed up at the appointment right on time. The estimate he quoted was right about what I thought it was going to cost. The total price exceeded the quote but that was because we had a part replaced that was still good per Chris but since the part was 15 years old we decided to avoid any future problems and had him replace it anyway. It took him a little over 4 hours to complete the repair but my air/heat pump was put back in factory condition and according to Chris should not give us any problems for years to come. Good job!"
