"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

"I suffer from asthma and so does my grandson so I always make sure to place filters in my air vents and replace them often. For my birthday, my daughter had 911 Restoration of Chicago professionally clean my ducts, check my furnace and clean my dryer vent. They showed me how dirty the vents were and how to remove/replace the filter on my furnace.
During the cleaning, Jr., one of the crew members, found a small patch of mold where my bottom meets the wall. When I told him I had tried cleaning but it never went away, he suspected mold and recommended I call his Company for a free mold inspection. Because of my asthma, I asked Jr. to call them immediately. They got someone to my house right away. The Inspector, Ronne, was a very sweet man with a great deal of patience. He explained that when there is a lot of moisture in a room and not enough ventilation, mold can develop. Plus, he showed me gaps in the caulking which have probably allowed water to leak though to the wall. He wanted to test the area for mold but I didn't want to wait so I asked them to cut the wall and check.
I saw them remove a large piece of tile and then saw the greenish fur on the back. Talk about seeing is believing. Ronne sat me down and explained the steps for mold remediation, the length of time it would take, the machines that would need to be left in my house and the cost. He told me I should get a few estimates and sit down with my family to discuss what was best for us. No need, I had them start immediately. Something about this man and the crew that was still working on my ducts felt right.
Several days alter, when the demolition and clean up was done, Ronne asked me to call a hygienist to test the area for mold. I didn't understand but he explained that they wanted a third party to come in, test the area and get an analysis from the lab so they could be sure their work was done properly. An unbiased opinion - that's a new one for me. He said that if the tests showed there was still mold in my bathroom, 911 Restoration would clean the area again until it was totally mold free without charging me more. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I think I fell in love with the company. They did a great job and the test results are back - NO MOLD!
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done. I am having them quote on the repairs. Look forward to writing a review of those services as well.
