One person was assigned to me- his name was Hafiz. He sent me estimate then explained to me the insurance. This company will give warranty for 50 years. Hafiz explained how they will work. He contacted HOA and city to get the roof work permit. Then on the day they replaced the roof, I was at work. But Ali constantly updated me with pictures and even roof top video. Punctual and professional. No hidden fees. For payment- I preferred wire transfer but they do provide various modes of payment. I have uploaded a few pictures of their while at work. They also cleaned after the work. As you can see they had the area covered with plastic sheets. Thank you for the smooth work!!! "
