"I contacted Foundation Pro for an inspection of my foundation and moisture in the crawl space. Brent Stroud inspected the foundation and crawl space, determined that the foundation was fine but that there was standing water under the house. Brent explained that wooden shims could change over time and recommended that they be replaced with metal ones which we did.
