"He went thru the electric from one end to the other checking every thing he could find, found out that he had to change a wire in the plug to change it back to 120 power instead of 220 which the electrician did. then he needed to replace a transfer switch, the fridge was out that took a heater unit to repair it. Also took a new microwave the old one got fried as every thing is 120 in the whole trailer or 12 volt. tuck chased down a new microwave and installed it! he explained everything he did to make a non electrical wiz like me understand. he was a really good guy new what to do how to do it and tell you what he did. he was here quite a while."

"Overall it went really well.  Joe was very quick to respond to my plea for a quick install of a closet and interior work to accommodate my mother who had to move in with us in a hurry.  We got lucky that he was able to start quickly and was done almost on time.  We had the header as an add on project so this is what caused the extension of time.  In the end, we were very pleased with the results.  We even had concerns about the roof after the install and a heavy rain came.  He sent one of his crew out on New Year's Day to make sure the quality of workmanship was good. <br />"
