I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. The experience for first time with angies list was great. I was nervous with the process but it was a great experience. Greg called in the time frame to set up the appt. He was at our home at the time we agreed upon and started working with his associate the minute he arrived. He showed us where the lights should be installed and then worked on the installation. As the holes were being cut in the ceiling the floor was cleaned. After completion the furniture was moved back.  The installation was in the kitchen. I feel that the cost of the project was a really great deal. I figured I would probably have to get lights but they were included with the job. Greg was  very professional

and easy to talk to. Before he left we discussed outside lighting issues and I look forward to his quote.

"I contacted Jackson and Company to obtain
a quote; Mr. Jackson contacted me within a few hours! Rick was polite and very
professional during our conversations. He came out to see the cracks to ensure
that my quote was accurate, especially since I had explained that someone had
attempted to "repair" the cracks previously. Rick arrived promptly at
my home and reviewed my situation. He answered all of my questions and
addressed all of my concerns. He also explained that his work would be covered
under a transferrable warrantee! I had several other quotes however no other company
offered any type of warrantee.
Rob arrived on time to do the job. Rob
was so nice and professional; I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I
really wanted to see the process and he took the time to explain each step to
me. He worked tirelessly to clean up the mess of the failed ?repair? I could
not believe how much better it looked! He then proceeded to perform the repair allowing
me to watch and take pictures, it?s quite the process. He left both areas that he
worked on immaculate!
I have such peace of mind now knowing
that I will no longer have to worry about there being a huge puddle in my
garage or basement or water spouting out of the cracks! I am so glad that I
chose Jackson and Company to perform this work for me and I would recommend them
to anyone!

"Richard did an outstanding job. When he came for an estimate, he traced the water line to the basement. He found that the issue was simply a pinched line that needed to be freed up. He quickly fixed the problem at no charge! I was elated because I was sure that this was a major problem that would cost me several thousand dollars to fix.
