"A+ Appliance Solutions replied almost immediately for my service repair request for an error code on the dryer. We set the date/time for Monday (10/10) between 1000-1200. The service technician Mike L, notified me he was enroute. He went right to work and identified the problem and recommended the solution for a new part. He contacted a local appliance supply store in Beltsville, they had the part, and Mike went to get it. In less than an hour, Mike was back and installed the part and put the dryer back together again. He tested the dryer before he left and everything is working perfectly. We'll definitely use A+ again in the future."

"I think it’s like $19 a month for the contract. I am very happy, they are a very good company. They are there within 15 to 20 minutes, if there’s an issue they would call. They do excellent work, the price is reasonable, the service is excellent. I don’t have to think about it. They call me and tell me when they need to come out. I can choose the day, I can schedule the day or have the day off and have it done. They’ve spoiled me, they always call. Actually, they call or send a card."
