During the construction of an addition to the back of our home our already shoddy lawn got trashed and was a real eyesore so we decided to have it removed, land graded and replaced. It is quite a large area about 2000 sqft and not a task we could take on ourselves so I set about getting 4 bids. Jose was the first to get back to me, the first to come out and the first to promptly get a bid out to us. We met the other contractors and whilst they all seemed like good and knowledgeable people we decided to go with Jose. He didn t have the reviews and has not been established as long as some of the other companies but I sensed that he was hardworking and honest. His bid was broken down and easy to understand not just some arbitrary figure, it was also considerably lower than 2 of the other bids and seemed reasonable to us. He showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would do. It s hard work especially with our steep driveway but Jose and his guys just got on with it and the end result is awesome !! He also picked up a new sprinkler control box and connected it, fixed and replaced broken sprinkler heads and plant borders and explained the whole process patiently. We are thrilled with the result and will definitely use him again to replant all our flower beds and eventually redo the front yard. Great experience and would definitely recommend."
