He came immediately the day we called him and evaluated the situation (raccoons on our property) in a Raccoon Dundee style, which made us laugh! He has decades of experience in wildlife removal and it shows. He was efficient and told us exactly where and how many raccoons were on our roof and how long they'd been there. He gave us two options for removal and explained the benefits and explanation for using each one.
