"I hired Mangone Construction after a neighbor used them for a project. The Company has completed 2 projects to date on my property: 1) 2nd Floor addition over a first floor structure and 2) a new rear deck including adding a roof over part of the deck. "Family Room remodel included: carpet removal, installation of heated flooring and Luxury Vinyl Planks. Added quarter round. Repaired damaged drywall and painted. Bathroom included: removal of vanity, 2 walls of tile, and mosaic tile floor. Installed heated flooring, vanity, ceramic tile, mirror, backsplash. Excellent work from a good crew. This was my second hire of Rose construction."

"The "roof repair" cost me $4,275.00 and the leak into my bathroom was worse before he fixed the roof. He did do a great job in painting my garages but wanted t charge me extra to paint the side door and the side window because I didn't specify that it was part of the garage when I hired him. LOL. He painted 4 pieces of wood which made of a section of fence the wrong color. But then I fiqured out the wrong color of paint on the fence and the not painting the garage door was because he ran out of the brown paint. I had the roof leak fixed by a very reputable roofing company and it was 1/4 of what Furko charged to do nothing. Needless to say I won in court. Furko now has a nice judgement against him which I am sure he will never pay. Would I recommend him or hire him again H*** NO!!!! The 1st picture is how my leak looked inside my bathroom when I hired Furko and the second picture was how it looked AFTER he "fixed" the leak and I paid him $4,275.00"
