They either would not return my call, or did not show up for scheduled appointments, or both. I will use again when and if we need to paint.  He even cleaned up my "mess" that I made when I tried my hand at painting.  It was a disaster.
Also if you need other vendors, flooring, electrician, etc, please ask him.   I would trust his judgement on other vendors that are as professional as Cooley painting.
