"I was so impressed with Jessica and Nathan of Crawlspaces and More from the initial prompt scheduling of my appointment, to their detailed estimation of the project cost and their efficacy in work completion. They were very plesant and professional. During the intial inspection of my crawlspace, Nathan was very through and listened to my concern about cost and didn't try to upsell me. At that point I admired his integrity. I was surprise how affordable it was in comparison to a competitor's price that I hired them within weeks to do an interior basement waterproofing job for another property. "Jim and Jordan were both professional and honest. They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Since their installation, we have had sustained rain a number of times and the foundation drain has worked very well. No more water in the basement. I would highly recommend them."

Will arrived timely and completed a thorough inspection, even inspecting an area (crawl space) that I wasn’t contemplating, but desperately needed some work as well. Quotes (yes, 3 of them) were provided to delineate the differing areas and work - along with related warranties. Answered my questions patiently and would gladly and quickly make changes when requested regarding the quote. Worked steady until the job was completed. Pricing was fair. Havent had a large rain since completion but believe we are set to be dry. Nate followed the proposed plan to a tee. Went above and beyond to insure everything would guarantee a dry basement.
