"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"Nate arrived promptly to inspect the crawl space for a new plastic barrier. Not only is Nate a likable fellow, he was professional as he took his time to thoroughly inspect the foundation and crawl space and suggested the work required to address my concerns. Nate took time discussing three levels of repair work, helped me decide which level that was best for my house without pressuring me into a higher level, and communicated clearly the quote and when the work would be done. The quote was very reasonable and he and another worker showed up on time and worked diligently and with the care as if this were his home. I couldn t be more impressed with Triple C Waterproofing. "Did a good job waterproofing foundation, but left black asphalt paint well above the soil line and spilled cement on front steps. Also left waterproofing material above the soil line. Work on foundation was completed Dec. 1st. I took pictures and called and texted the supervisor repeatedly. They finally finished cleaning up the second week of February. They pressure washed the asphalt paint off the brick and took out the mortar between the bricks. I am sure they will not be back to repair this. I would not recommend them."
