They power washed the house and deck, installed a beautiful privacy fence and replaced the front porch railing. All work was done on time and on budget. I will use Peter and KPS contracting for all future projects or repairs."

Not only were the two windows improperly installed and sealed, he found that the porch roof above the windows did not have step flashing installed and the gutters were not angled correctly, both of which contributed to water flowing on top of both windows.
