"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. "Bought a house which had been vacant for an extended period.  County required Gas line inspection.  Inspection revealed several leaks in the gas line.  Removed old gas line and installed completely new line to all three outlets. Required several inspections by public works and Jim took care of scheduling, permits and everything.
 Water heater turned out to be rusted out too, so had it replaced also.  
Jim and his crew were extremely professional and easy to work with.  He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything.  Always on time and followed up after each visit to make sure we were pleased. Even came in on a Saturday at no extra charge to install the new water heater.  
We couldn't be happier.  A+ experience!
