"Very quick and responsive. Mike Gamache was a real straight shooter. He was the only contractor that I talked to that I felt like I could get on the same level. Once we started mike was really helpful working with me around my work schedule and working on his days off. He was always there when I asked and he always was the guy dealing with problems I had and fixed them ASAP."

".Kenneth Husby is the owner of this company. He is a licensed contractor. He was referred to us.  He came in and checked everything out. Actually he went up on the roof too as we needed the roof to be repaired but he would not give us any guarantee because of the liability issues.  He thought that was pretty reasonable and that is why we went to a roofer. But he did the painting for us and some clean up stuff. He was good and did a good job. I would recommend him. Price wise he was reasonable. He was very responsive and came out real quick.  I would use him in the future."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Corning, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
