"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

While David replaced the two decks at our Kitty Hawk cottage, almost all of my communications and interactions with the David and Hannah were conducted via telephone and email. The proposal process (conducted primarily with Hannah) took a little time as I decided between wood and Trex, colors, railings, etc. I decided on Trex. Construction seemed to go quickly and smoothly, and David sent photographs of his progress on a regular basis. I was and am still pleased with the decks. My wife and I subsequently talked with David about kitchen and bathrooms remodel. We have not yet reached a decision about design, and we will likely need more help with that before we are ready to proceed. We will definitely ask Surfside Construction to help us and to bid on the projects."
