Olvin is incredibly responsive and professional in all areas, from the initial reach out via Angie's list, to communicating about the project, and during all phases of the work. I hired them to demo a bathroom shower that had a leak, to tile the new shower once the plumbing was complete. Of course, there were additional issues which Olvin explained as they occurred. The team was very careful to protect my floors and my stairs as they performed the project. His pricing is very reasonable compared to some other quotes that I had received, and even with the additional work that needed to be done due to the extent of the leak, still came in significantly below the original quote from other companies. I cannot recommend Olvin and his team highly enough, and definitely plan to use them again for future needs."

When I told the sales agent the price was too high and that I needed to know what I was paying for he could not. He offered to cut the price by $1,000, but still could not tell me any information about the carpet or padding. He came with no samples and stated he was given the wrong information about my installation. He said he was told that it was hardwood floor installation. I do not trust this company."
