He is extremely professional, helpful and communicative. All elements of the remodel were planned in the contract and were 100% on budget. There were no unexpected cost additions at any point. Any speed-bumps were communicated at the moment they arose and were dealt with immediately and to both of our satisfaction. Aside from his impeccable management of the project, the level of artistry and precision of everything installed was incredible. I have never met a group of people so meticulous and precise. All tile placements were planned out together and confirmed. When I was unable to be there in person, Albert and his project manager sent over pictures confirming all of the details. They turned a NYC "unleveled" and outdated bathroom into a perfectly leveled, designed and functional bathroom. The project remained on-schedule and was completed in the time I anticipated. When the project was complete all debris and garbage were removed and it was like as if they were never there! I would 1000% work with Albert again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!"
