"MDTECH sent their repair tech Paul to figure out what the issue was. Paul thought it might be the rollers, and he was right. One of the rollers was badly worn, and in less than 30-minutes Paul; vacuumed out the debris from the roller inside of the dryer, replaced both rollers, put the dryer back together, tested it, and was back in his truck off to his next service call. Paul knew exactly what he was doing, was easy to talk to, and did a great job as far as I'm concerned. And Yes if I need an appliance serviced or repaired my first call will be to MDTECH."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I recently had my dishwasher repaired, and I was very satisfied with the service. The repair was completed on the same day and at a reasonable price."

"I reached out to Arthur to replace an oven range ducting that needed to be corrected. Not only did he make the replacement but also corrected other issues found by the Best Buy 3rd party installers."

"Steve arrived on time and went right to work diagnosing what the problem was. He then began fixing the problem. I will hire him again for appliance repair."

"The technician looked at the washing machine & found that there was a major problem with it, requiring the replacement of a very  expensive part. The cost to repair it would have been over $500, so we both agreed it would be better for me to just get a new washing machine. Normally, they charge for the service trip, but because the problem couldn't be fixed they gave me a great discount on it. I will definitely use this company again.

"Service repairman, Bob, arrived promptly and made the repairs to my dryer quickly, also taking the time to totally clean and refurbish my aging dryer. I would highly recommend this person to repair or service any appliance."

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.
Larry's the best.
