After over $13K, the house was still not ready and the paint job was awful. (They did do a couple of things pretty good - not ALL terrible.) It was in good condition when we moved, it needed both bathrooms updated/partial reno, paint throughout (I had custom colors that not everyone likes, lol), wall patching from various installations and heavy pictures, front and back yards updated, new fence on ONE side. That was it. Should not have taken 6 months, or even 6 weeks."
