After Armando did his assessment of what we were working with he gave us a general idea of what he could do along with his bid. After 2 other bids, we chose Armando's Wood Cabinets. We had brown cabinets & we wanted white, best decision yet. We decided we wanted knobs, so I ordered glass knobs from Amazon; gorgeous! Armando also added 2 more cabinets for some much needed cabinet space. My husband enjoys washing dishes and needed some slight modifications to accommodate his wheelchair beneath the cabinets, great work! The black splash we chose was beautiful! "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"The gentlemen that remodeled out bathroom were always courteous and on time. They always cleaned up the area they were working on at the end of the day. They were very patient with both my husband and myself answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we may have had. They completed the project ahead of schedule even though they came across issues they have never encountered while remodeling a bathroom (a gas pipe in the ceiling). We are very pleased with our new bathroom."

"When I requested a quote on Angie's list, I had a response from Jesse in 20 minutes (on a SUNDAY). Once I scheduled the work, Manny and Christian showed up on time and walked me through the process. They resurfaced my tub from dull beige to sparkling white, cleaned up and were gone within 4 hours. They were efficient, nice and respectful. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Pretty well. Walter was anxious to start and they got the outside stucco, trim and repairs done quickly and well. The house looks very nice. The job took about a month. The inside did not go quite as smoothly. I did not know from day to day which rooms the painters were going to be in, so it made planning difficult for getting things out of their way--paintings off the walls, clothing out of the closets--things I prefer to do myself. The painters did not appear to be used to doing alot of work inside houses in which the owners were living and were not quite as careful as I would have liked. The sheet rock repair was well done and the paint looks good. They tended to borrow some of our tools and things from the garage to do work without asking, but were honest. Clean up wasn't quite as good as i would have liked. Walter was easy to get a hold of but communication with Walter did not always appear to get to his crew. When things came up on the job, and they always do, he was easy to work with. Over all, I would hire them again, but more heavily supervise the inside work. I was not home during the day."
