When the representative came and took the readings on our house, he did not say how off level it was. All he said was the house was leaning bad on the right side. When the foundation team came to install the piers, I found out that the house was off level by 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm)! I paid almost $13,000 to have the right side of the house lifted 1/4 inch (ca. 10 cm). And then come to find out when the foundation crew started digging, previous foundation work had already been done! - read, reread and reread the contract before you sign it! Ask any question no matter how stupid you may think it is! - make sure you have a 4-inch sewer clean out so a plumber hired by the foundation company can come in and do a PRE and post hydrostatic test. Any water leaks in your plumbing will void the contract! All plumbing issues are the homeowners financial responsibility to repair!"

Mark Treen came in and found the foam the other company had injected. The other company's foam was inferior and was mash-able by hand. Mark put in concrete pilings, rather than foam, to hold up the house. The final cost was on point with the original bid, even when he ended up having to dig a few more holes than initially intended. He went above and beyond for us and our house. He is always available if there are questions after the job. He is guaranteed and willing to come out and just take care of things so that everything is right at the end of the day."
