He took photos of several trouble spots and showed them to me, explaining what each represented. His assessment and explanation of the cause of our roof leak was thorough. he also indicated the issue is less severe and less urgent than other companies had indicated. Jim explained other things to note about our roof, particularly its age and need for a replacement in a year or two. He offered to make the minor repairs to fix the small leak since the weather & roof had been dry for a couple weeks. Jim fixed the roof - temporarily, which he clearly explained - for under $100. So far, we've had bids for $2,000 and plenty companies saying they need to replace the whole roof."

He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues.
