"Lance and his crew showed up right on time, explained clearly what they were going to do, and answered all of my questions. After the installation was completed, they cleaned everything up, so there was nothing I needed to do afterwards. I realize that every house is different, and radon mitigation results will vary from house to house. Also, my house had ideal conditions for a good radon mitigation outcome - a 4 inch gravel bed under a basement concrete slab with no cracks or other places radon gas could enter from below. Having said that, my radon levels before mitigation averaged 4-6 pCi/L, with occasional peaks to 10-12 pCi/L on some days. After mitigation, the levels have been below 1.0 pCi/L since installation 2 weeks ago. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the result.
