Part of the service was rodent inspection, which was done 4 time over 6-8 weeks before actual project was started. Project was completed over several non-consecutive days. Debris was not picked up in a timely manner... stayed on property ~4 weeks. Crew was very polite, friendly, and courteous. I do not believe they ever smoked on the property, but I did not like that all of the men came into my home smelling of cigarrettes."

While I find their pricing to be a bit high, I like the business model of myself being in control of when and how I need them and not having to pay them each time they come out because I have already paid up front. I do need to call them back for my 3 week follow up from my initial service and they will come out and do the final steps of our initial kick off of service. I have actually slept better knowing I don't have to worry about spiders on me at night. It's great. I highly recommend this family run business. Great team and service for sure."
