"Our double wall ovens stopped heating to the desired set temperature so we called upon polished appliance. Nathan was great in diagnosing our problem which turned out to not be the oven unit but it was the wiring going to the ovens. He had the correct tools for removing the heavy ovens and finished the job in about a hour. Although we had to hire an electrician to repair the damaged wiring we were please that Nathan was able to determine the cause of the problem and confirm that our oven had no problems. Overall we were extremely please with the service rendered and will use and recommend them in the future."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Jesse Hughes has completed several jobs for me in the recent past including the repair of a leaking shower and loose bathroom sink faucet handle, plus a couple of larger outside jobs including the pruning of native willow damaged in a storm and disbursement of 3/4 minus gravel. The sprawling native willow (located at the back of my property in the easement) required the use of a chainsaw to remove several large branches that had collapsed during a winter storm and were a threat to a nearby structure. Jesse cut up the logs into manageable size pieces for disposal in the yard cart. The gravel project involved Jesse moving 3/4 minus gravel from the front driveway of my home (where the gravel was delivered) to the back of the property using a Bobcat skid-steer loader. This involved multiple loads that were strategically placed so they could be raked & distributed by a group of volunteers. The area is roughly 20' x 80'. (See photos)"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"This technician knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer while repairing just half of the noise problem. I was so impressed I asked about another repair for a microwave. He walked me through the repair needed for that, so we will be scheduling that soon. It is nice to have a technician that is not only knowledgeable but friendly and caring too."

"Technician arrived same day I called - Well done!!  Then he said unit didn't really need replacement, but that since it did show a minor problem he would replace it.  First  he installed a non-programmable unit - had to take it out when I asked him if it was a programmable unit.  He put a second unit in which also was not a comparable unit.  Then he put in a third unit - however there was no manual to accompany the unit.  The box he took it from looked rather beat up, certainly not new - I suspect it may have been opened for a different job, but the unit was probably a new unit.  The unit works fine.   I had to go on line to download the manual.  Overall - they did the job but it seemed the priority was to minimize cost.  I paid the $60 service call fee.  I would not use them again only because I like to have more confidence that the job was done correctly.  I'm not sure about this job."
