"Discovered leak on Thursday prior to 4th of July weekend. Donerite was able to get someone out on Sunday and NO extra charge. Appointment set between 1 - 3 pm. Aaron showed up at 5 pm and had job completed within 1.5 hours. Only snag was no phone call letting us know he was running late and all phone numbers we had were not in operation on Sunday. The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. "I discovered early Sunday that my sewer was backed-up into my basement utility sink, and waste water was on the floor.  I bailed out the sink with a bucket and stopped the overflow.  Being Sunday I thought Royal Flush would be closed, but I phoned anyway to maybe set up an appointment to have them come out and take a look at the problem.  I spoke to their answering service and the nice young women said she would take my message and let Royal Flush know.  That same day on Sunday evening around 6:30 I got a call from Royal Flush.  They said they could have a septic pumping truck out at my place the next day at 8:30 AM if that would be OK with me.  I said yes!   Their truck and two man crew showed up on time on Monday.  I was very relieved to see them.  I had uncovered the top of the septic tank being that it was buried under a couple of feet of dirt and my lawn on Sunday afternoon.  When Royal Flush got to my house the crew went right to work.  They pumped out the septic tank and cleaned out the blocked sewer line into the tank in about 1 hour.  The employees were courteous and informative.  The foreman answered all my questions about the work being done.  All they needed from me was water from a garden hose to help with their servicing my septic system.  I will call Royal Flush again and won't wait so long to have the septic tank pumped.  The tank hadn't been pumped since new, over 12 years ago.  I want to thank Royal Flush for the fast and friendly service! <br />"

"I looked for a plumber that was relatively close to us and had good ratings. I called and a pleasant person explained that for a flat fee, the plumbers would come to my house and bid the job (no charge for 'travel time' to our house). If I wanted the job done, they would likely do it then and the fee would be included in the final cost. I made an appointment and Shawn and his helper Andrew showed up right on time. They arrived in a nice professional-looking truck and had company shirts on. They looked over the job, made me a bid which I accepted and did the work right then. They asked my wife where she wanted the hose bib and installed it there. They did a very professional job and didn't mind me hanging out and asking questions (I learned alot). They cleaned up after themselves, took my payment electronically and were on their way."

Adam diagnosed our broken sewer pipe; repairs were completed in a timely fashion; we were charged the bid price; and everything was cleaned up so good that you can hardly tell the major excavation took place.
