"We had water leaking into the basement, so we hired Plumbing and Sewer Specialists to repair two breaks in my drain line and to hydro jet and scope the rest of my line. So I can find out the condition of the line because we had problems. They came out and repaired two breaks, but they broke my sprinklers in 4 places and cut my 8 strand controller in 3 places. They repaired 3 of the breaks and just buried the cut line. I had to repair and test all zones myself. They did not hydro jet my line forward or scope the line as stated in my attached estimate. If they did, they would have found the major break in the line 2 ft from where they dug. Please see they attached pictures. I had to re-excavate an expand the hole to find the break. I hired another drain repair company and a hydro jetting company to do the work promised by Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists. Their 2 days of work was turned out to be 4 hours and just tail lights of their vehicles leaving."
