"Ben provided a great experience. He re-screened our patio, fixed or replaced our window screens and washed our windows inside and out. Amazing what a difference it makes. "He was the 3rd roofer. He showed up promptly and mitigated the issues from the prior 2 roofers. The other 2 roofers did not show up, and the weather caused even more damage to the house. Within an hour or two, he tarped the roof until repairs could be done. Everyone raves about the flooring. He suggested the crown molding as a finishing touch, and it made everything tie together well."

"KCS did a great job installing an egress window in my basement. They communicated well from the day of the sale until completion of the project. All workers were respectful and efficient. When equipment issues caused a delay in finishing on Friday afternoon, a crew came on Saturday and completed the work. They seeded the area that was dug up by equipment and put straw over it, leaving everything neat and uncluttered. I recommend them highly!!"
