"The washer was repaired in 5 minutes and it was completely ready to use. Awesome work by Brent he knows appliances. Went to the refrigerator and he checked out a couple of things asked a question or two to assess the problem. He checked out the thermostat, and said it needed replacing, it was shot. A couple of days later I received a call to set up the appointment, set it up and when Brent and his trainee arrived, they replaced the thermostat and told us to wait 4-6 hours for the refrigerator to cool down to the proper temperature and we could fill it. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both gentlemen. Would have them return for any repairs in the kitchen or laundry. We had the washer repaired for the service call fee. The refrigerator fee was discounted due to the fact that it was a second appliance that I added onto the original repair a couple of days later.So, when they showed up to do the repairs they knew I had two appliances to repair going in. I highly recommend Brent, I can't recall the trainee's name. But he did a lot of the refrigerator repair when they returned with the parts."

"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

After confirming my message, confirming the age of my washer and diagnosing the problem, I was given an estimate. He he also said that perhaps, I should consider replacement. "I cannot find anyone who can service Samsung washing machines. I have no experience. Nothing negative, nothing positive. I just have had no luck making contact with service professionals who will fix Samsung appliances. I purchased a townhome in Northfield, MN in 2019 and the Samsung washer and dryer had been purchased in 2017. I had absolutely no problem with this washer/dryer combo. Then, about 3-4 days ago, I attempted to do a normal wash load. Medium size, normal materials (cotton, some polyester.... a normal load using the normal options After about 40 minutes, the machine was ready for draining and spinning. It did not drain but produced a warning sound that was loud and steady. Then it just stopped. I opened the lid and noticed that my clothes were sitting in fairly deep water and nothing showed a promise to move into the spin cycle. This was approx. 4 days ago. I had to remove the clothes, squeeze the water out as much as possible, put all pieces between layers of towels. I left the water in the tub, and attempted to do some troubleshooting. Did not work. If I cannot find a washer service professional, should I consider a plumber? Please lend opinions, ideas, suggestions and ways to find who can help and what would be a reasonable fee and general professional expertise. Thank you. - Kate D."
