"Haley did a wonderful job replacing the Powder Room toilet wax ring, interior flush valve/assembly & then caulked at the floor. She also replaced the flush valve for another toilet, and verified a third toilet didn't have any issues. She changed out 3 electrical switches to dimmer switches. And she also changed out the ice maker in the bottom freezer. She just stopped back out today to fix it as it was making too much ice. I purchased all items in advance so she could just focus on the installation scope. She's a wonderful, lovely person who does her job well, has a nice demeanor and is safe in your home. I highly recommend her and will be calling her in the future."

I looked at multiple granite places, and I ended up selecting my granite at another business. Paramount did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of the granite to their site in a quick and efficient manner. The gentleman that came to measure our kitchen was professional and on time. Paramount allowed me to come down to the company and they put up all three slabs they were using for my kitchen and put the template of my counters, island and desktops on them. They were patient and helpful in deciding where to cut the granite to get the maximum effect I was looking for. (Lots of movement). Along the way, I made changes - edges of the granite, backsplash changes and added sinks and faucets. They patiently updated my invoice and emailed me the updates to the project within an hour every time.  I never felt they were frustrated or upset with me, and they treated me with respect. The installers were on time and professional.  They did an excellent job and I love it. I have had many compliments on them and wouldn't change a thing.
