My wife & I moved into our new house and after 2 huge water bills and some phone calls to our water company found out that the old toilet in the basement had a small leak. We contacted Patrick @ Avid plumbing. He was so friendly and showed sincere concern about our problem and put us on the appointment schedule the same week. With just about everyone in the service industry being short staffed right now I really appreciated him getting us scheduled. The day of the service plumber Art let us know when he would be arriving. Upon arrival he wore his booties over his shoes and wore a facemask as well. Art was so polite and listened patiently to our "story" and inspected the basement where the broken toilet is. "Our water heater quit on a Saturday. Although there was not an emergency service available to replace the heater before Monday, a technician did return my call and thoroughly and patiently discussed the symptoms and helped verify that we had safely turned off the gas and power. He arranged for a visit early Monday, and our water heater was replaced the next day.
We had a different installer for the water heater that died. We much preferred the attitude and efficiency of Landmark Services compared to our previous installer. We will continue to call on them for maintenance and repair if needed.
