"Schwarder Construction is a marvelous company to work with. They are reasonable priced, on time, hard working, and do what they say they are going to do. They re-did my master bedroom bathroom to accommodate my husband after having a rod placed in his lower back. Made a low step in shower, added safety rails in the shower and toilet area, added a seat for him in the shower. Since that time I have relied on Aaron Schwarder and his team to help with electrical issues, air conditioning replacement and a laundry room remodel. This company is fantastic to work with and I would recommend them in a heart beat."

"Job not yet started: had to order the skylight dome. Mr. Sawyer went up in roof to inspect the damage & ordered the replacement skylight."

"The service went great. They got the job done and did an amazing job. Joshua went above and beyond and just really made my day. Thank you all for what you do and for fixing my issue. I appreciate y’all so much."

"Garth and Andy from Ponderosa Electric came to my house and reviewed my projects. They were very knowledgeable and had great ideas for me. They directed me to Home Depot and who to talk to there for my supplies. They are coming back to do the work next week. Although Garth had a medical issue and couldn’t be here, Andy was very capable. He installed all lights, tested them, made sure I was happy, and cleaned up any mess. He was polite and professional. Even though he was working solo, he assured me he would take whatever time was needed to get the work done correctly, and he did. I am very pleased and would recommend them."
