Set up an appt. for the next morning for estimate to repair or replace 2 leaking corner gutters, I was given what I felt was a fair price for the job. The workers were able to come later that same day and get the job done. Not only did I get my 2 corner gutters, but for no additional charges, my gutters were cleaned out, 1 downspout was realigned to stop erosion of yard, and had 2 down spout extension attached. I was very pleased with the outcome and best of all, the entire process was completed in less than 24 hours. I would also like to say the young man who came to give the estimate was very pleasant , polite and didn't try to push me to buy anything else."

"So most of my feedback is driven from how I hired them. It was through another famous review site. I signed them up, and I waited about 4 business days which is not bad for a turn around on a cold appointment online anyway. I get a call telling me what the price would be, and they would get me an invoice. They told me they already came out to the house and measured. Again, not a huge deal and maybe it is because I do not deal with too many contractors. What really let me down is after texting them my email address and my wifes email address (because the email on file was used for the other review site) they still sent it to that sites email. I do not have a lot of money for things like this. So it really worried me to have anyone commit to work and then bill me afterwards. They also measured the wrong gutter, it was not a big problem as they ordered the right length but it did delay it. The individual who was the primary person calling was polite but presumptive. No, I did not decide to only do one gutter because it has only a rental. It was not a rental. I had to sell my house because I cannot afford to live there anymore. I understand it is probably normal for most people to get all the gutters done. I cannot afford it. Yes I understand my gutters are trash, but they do work when they are hung up. The gutter that did need repaired was broken. I told them it was pulling away and the facia was damage. They had to give me another invoice to include that being fixed -after- the work was done. They also added an additional downspout, I do not know if they charged for it or not. I did not ask for an addition downspout. They left a huge piece of gutter behind. When I brought it up, it seemed as though this was not unusual at all. They came to pick it up. When they came to the house they left their tools outside. Which, they are not mine, so I guess I do not care but I did not want the responsibility of it being there. It seems like a lot of this could be avoided if you had thoroughly inspected the site. Communication needs to be better. If someone gives you a contact email you need to use it. Overall, the work was great. It looks nice, and it has functionally been returned to a good state. If I had to do it over again I would use them but I would want to talk with them directly."

"Wanted to follow up on a review I posted back in Dec 2015. The company did replace my skylight (and surrounding roof tiles) last month. I wanted to wait until we had a few good storms before posting this. I am happy to say that it was a job well done. Had a plastic skylight that needed replaced due to occasional water leakage-had to go up on the roof yearly to apply a new coating of roof sealant to keep the problem at bay). Marathon replaced it with a glass skylight. They had to cut a small amount of drywall to make it fit, but no issues at all. I just had to place some plastic under the opening while they worked in order to catch the debris that fell. Have had a few downpours since and the problem is gone."

"We have asbestos shingles and another company removed the shingles. Integrity Exterior Solutions contract was to put the new shingles on. I checked into other companies that did both removal and replacement, but it was $1000 less to go with two separate companies. The shingles placed were Owens Corning TruDefinition - color harbor blue. The two companies coordinated well and had the job done in three days all together. They probably could have done it sooner, but there was a delay of about several hours waiting for the shingles to show up. After the asbestos shingles were removed and the new shingles arrived, the team worked fast and stayed until dark. Some cons: afterwards, we did find nails and roofing material in the gutters, flower pots, and in the yard. It was about a bucket full of material. Plus, there was large sheeting material left in the back yard. I know that a construction site can get messy, but the manager did say they would go through the yard and pick up any loose materials. We let the manager know, so he can let his team know and he was apologetic. Therefore the rating of a B."
