I was quite please that they agreed to install the glass block windows that I wanted - other companies wouldn't. Unfortunately there were delays caused by COVID, but they installed the windows and hatchway door while waiting for the interior basement door to be delivered. Once the interior door arrived, it was installed even after the snowstorm the night before - I was expecting them to reschedule.
