Once he removed the old toilet, he showed me where the flange & brackets had broken. He was able to fix then install the new toilet. He made sure to seat it properly so no wobble and caulked to hide where the linoleum had been cut around the old toilet. Looks perfect! He then fixed my 2nd toilet to stop water from running intermittently by replacing a seal."
