He wasn't even the one doing the work but quoted me a price that then changed after the fact. Would not refund my money and even the owner is a rip off artist to because he knew that Fadi over charged and changed the price and did nothing, Needless to say I met the technician and he quit working there because these people do bad business, Find a better place to spend your money!"

"Dumpster fire of a company, my mother purchased a door from this company a couple years ago. First, they come and install two different colored doors (after a 9+ month wait), another 9+ month wait they come and install a color match door. Well, this door was welded by a moron, as it leaked. This leaking caused the door to begin to rust, which then ran into the hardwood floor staining them. At this time (over a year ago) the company promised they would order another door to replace the broken and leaking one. Much to our dismay, we found out recently that this door was never ordered. They then scheduled someone to come out and take measurements, this person was set to arrive at 9:30AM a few days ago, and they never showed up. Complete no-call/no-show. EntryPoint is a dumpster fire of a company plagued with both incompetence and a lack of skill. The welds on a door that cost upwards of $10,000 looks like they were done with a stick welder hooked up to a car battery. Stay FAR away from EntryPoint."
