"I am writing this review on behalf of Javier Flores I engaged Javier Flores to build a deck in my back yard. I could not be happier with the job he did. Javier and his brother Daniel arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day and worked hard all day, with the exception of lunch. The two of them work together very well. When they finished the deck, I told them that I would sweep off the saw dust, but Javier wouldn’t let me sweep the deck, He told me I am paying him to perform that duty. Javier and Daniel are experienced hardworking men who value precision, and pay attention to the littlest of details. Our new deck is as stiff as concrete, no sags, no squeaks at all. I am so happy with the deck, that I am going to have them install the deck railing also. I would gladly recommend Javier to anyone that needs a deck. Henry & Mary Anne Price"

"Our large deck was sorely neglected - no maintenance in at least 8 years - and I worried it was beyond help or would be cost-prohibitive to rehabilitate. Rupert and Michael breathed new life into it! Rupert (company principle) is very responsive, and he was able to give a quick informal estimate based on some photos and I texted. This made it very easy to start working together right away. Now the deck looks beautiful, and they were able to stain our wooden deck furniture to match. Great makeover for our deck and lovely folks to work with!"

"Karol is very nice and easy to work with. He pays attention to details and will actually go to the site to check the condition of my front porch. He would also call me to discuss the repairing options and materials which we could use to save us money. He charges a reasonable price for a good quality job. We are quite happy with our front porch's new look. I would highly recommend Herman Construction as they are reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely come back to Karol again if we need help in the future."

"I just completed a job with Landscape Solutions in Los Gatos and wanted to share my experience with anyone who might be looking for a landscape company. Our project was a small yard with a combination of hard surface and the installation of artificial turf for our dogs. I was surprised how good it looks and the dogs seem to enjoy it as much as real grass. I interviewed a few companies and chose Landscape Solutions based on how easy they were to talk to and how transparent they were with their process including design and billing. The entire job went very smoothly. I changed a few things after we started, and they were upfront about how that would impact the time to completion and the cost. In both cases their estimates were accurate. Their pricing was competitive and given the quality of the finish product and the ease of working with them I found it to be very reasonable. The guys they had doing the work were very professional, polite, and easy to work with. They cleaned up after each days work and returned the next morning right on time. I appreciated that they were very respectful of my time and my home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I have already recommended them to a friend who may need work done in the future. They are a 5 star contractor. I highly recommend them."

"FRG came in and did exactly what we needed done. They replace our bathtub with a walk in shower it looks amazing. They were very professional and where here ontime each day and were very corteous of of time. They also installed some outdoor blinds on our deck. I am extremely please with their work and will hire them again for other upcoming projects."

"We have been pleased to work with Yari and Guy at LeCut Construction. We had an old wooden deck that needed to be replaced with fire-resistant materials as we live in a Wildland Urban Interface area. We were promised that the new deck would look similar to the old one and meet current building codes. The LeCut team delivered! The project was difficult, due to the angles on the multi-level deck and stairs, being on a hillside, working with the challenges of the fire-resistant materials, as well as our exacting requirements. The whole LeCut crew worked closely with us to solve the challenges and give us a high-quality finished product. Yari and Guy were a pleasure to work with as they were always responsive, friendly, and helpful."

"We love our new deck, and it’s all thanks to SGB. It was a pleasure working with SGB from start to finish. They are communicative, timely, and professional. Most importantly, they stayed within the original quoted price. Can’t wait to work with them again on future projects!"

"Excellent work at a reasonable price, contracts were very easy to read and understand. Replaced glass door, drain piping underneath house, and a section of fencing. Will call them again for future projects."

"Mike and his team replaced our old beat up deck with a new redwood deck and did an amazing job. Ramil was our favorite carpenter in the crew; he was extremely skilled and showed a lot of care in his craft and approach. They also replaced our railings with cable, and treated and stained the wood. Mike managed the work well; He was very communicative and flexible throughout the project, making sure that our creative direction was fulfilled. MS Construction does quality work at a very fair price. We are very happy with and enjoying our new beautiful deck!"
