"Karol worked as general contractor for our home remodel, which involved adding a second story on an existing single family home. Karol managed the project very skillfully, keeping it within budget and our timeline. I was particularly impressed by his integrity and we eventually came to trust him for looking out for it interests. When our initial drywall subcontractor was overbilling us and frequently absent from the job, Karol promptly called out the actions and terminated the contact. He helped us find good workarounds for some issues involving our kitchen cabinets and a new outdoor deck."

Best experience I have ever had, we are extremely happy with our beautiful bathroom, it’s like my own home spa . Everything I had hoped. The whole family loves it and our guests have complimented the big difference of our brand new bathroom. It’s luxurious."

"Professional work. Made the exterior of the home I hired them to repair/replace trim on look brand new. Did a great job blending the paint colors and clean-up after the work was done."

"Yari at LeCut Construction is wonderful! Iâ ve never done home repairs/remodeling before and he took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. He also worked with me to keep costs down as much as possible. I can fully recommend LeCut Construction!"

"We needed an additional office space within our home. The concerns were removing an existing fireplace and hearth and replacing the hardwood floor to match what was already there, removing the chimney and patching the roof, moving a heating vent and again, patching the hardwood floors to match, adding an interior door, and moving lighting and electrical outlets. David was onsite everyday to either do the work himself or oversee the work by his subcontractors. They do quality work. The floors look great, the new wall is perfect, the roof was done well, the new interior door was installed well and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also, the work site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. David is also very flexible, easy to communicate with, seems to truly care about your project, and works with contractors who do quality work."

"Responsiveness became a major performance issue."
