"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"The crew (Lewis White, Chris Jones, Harold Harris, and Derel Davis) where absolute professionals. They had to endure quite unpleasant conditions to get the job done. They were courteous and expedient in the process and they ensured that they cleaned up all messes before they left. We so appreciate their work ethic."

"Brian Young is by far the most professional and reliable contractor i have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was prompt, on time and most of all honest. Brian and Mark worked Saturday and Sunday to complete my project before the next big rain hit. While they were here they found several other items that needed repair and not only did they fix those items they did it at no extra charge. While on my roof Brian noticed that there was a minor issue with my neighbors roof and he fixed that for no extra charge. My roof and yard were cleaner after Brian and Mark finised their work than it was before they even started. Moving forward Xtreme Roofing will be the only call I make if and when i need anything at all done to my home. Brian is simply put, just good people and i will not waste my time working with anyone else ever again. I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done as i know that Brian will provide the best service at a reasonable price and that he will stand behind his work and follow up on any issues at a moments notice."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"We recently had work done on our basement foundation and drainage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They took the time to explain what was going on, walked us through the repair process, and made sure we understood everything before getting started."

"My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. After assessing what the problem was, they quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price, and within one week; my problem was solved. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service that I received from CSI, and I would recommend this company to anyone in Kentucky who is having issues with the their home's foundation or issues with any type of leaks in your basement.
