He provided a quick estimate and then came back again with me when I was back in town and provided a look of all our pipes with his camera for free (others were charging hundreds of dollars). He scheduled the work extremely quick and sent me pictures with updates. I was really in a pinch to get this work done - I needed a lot of details of the work and the need to get it done and a competitive price. Phil came through 100%. They did great work and cleaned the place up better than when they first arrived."

"This guy is the man! I called him because my kitchen sink was leaking and my disposal sounded like it was dying. He came out and super honest and professional. He fixed the garbage disposal in about 30 seconds and then looks at my pipping. He told me that I needed new pipes under the sink and have me an estimate of $250. He then went to bathroom sink bc it was also leaking and told me I needed a new faucet. He came back 1 week later and replaced All of it! The pipes were $250 and the faucet was $250 (because he had to buy it and then install it) I will use him all the time moving forward!"

"I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. "I have used J Blanton for several years. They are very professional and have been very good to me. Our furnace stopped working. A specific part was broken, and it would have been a $1500 repair. Seeing as it was a 15 year old furnace, they advised just to get a newer one. They even called me to discuss this as I had originally misunderstood the situation and was going to go with the repair instead of replacement. They called to discuss further as the replacement was the smarter choice, so they wanted to make sure I fully understood the situation. I appreciate that! The new furnace is in and works well (the few times we have used it thus far). Also, they helped in selection of a new efficient unit."

"When our basement started flooding while doing laundry, I panicked! Very luckily for me, Orlando was able to get to my house within 30 minutes. When he arrived, he did multiple, thorough, diagnostic tests because he wanted to be sure what the problem was before he started to fix it. He quickly figured out that it was a problem with our ejector pump and took the time to explain to me what was broken and how he was going to fix it. As someone who doesn't know much about plumbing and had never had a problem like this before, Orlando helped me to understand what was going on and made me feel confident in his ability to fix the problem. A few hours and a lot of hard work later, the problem was fixed and our basement was dry and back to normal! Orlando was also always transparent when discussing the cost of parts that had to be replaced and the cost of his own labor. I could tell he was never trying to "nickel and dime" me or deceive me like some other plumbers might've.
