"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"They were supposed to give me an estimate for an addition to replace one family room ad one sunroom that I have. They did the windows, but they never gave me an estimate to determine if I wanted it done. They did deliver the wrong window, but they were very good about ordering another window. They did work for me last year. I don't think the price was too much. They came late. I've used them twice now. I used them even though their responsiveness was not that great."

"
We had always wanted to add additional living space to our 1400 sq. ft. ranch home. We had always had (40 years) a cement patio that led from our patio doors from our kitchen. It got limited use due to heat/cold extremes and bugs. We had been researching for roughly 10 years the possibility of an addition to the back of our home. Earlier this year, we were at a home improvement fair and stopped by a Four Seasons Sunroom booth. We had heard of the company and decided to talk to the gentlemen in the booth to get a better perspective of their sunrooms. After listening to them and knowing what we had envisioned for an addition, it just seemed like a perfect match. My wish list was: 1) the addition had to give me the same feel as being completely outdoors; 2) climate control so we could enjoy it year round; 3) spacious enough for entertaining. Our specs included: approximately 15 ft width X 19 ft depth x 8 ft height (about 300 sq. ft). Creative Concepts Home Improvements, Inc.'s base price for a Four Seasons Sunroom was $49,700; additionals were: 1) a heating and air conditioning unit $1,250; 2) flooring $1,900; and a separate electrical box $925 (optional). We had originally included the installation of a ceiling fan, however, once we saw how low that ceiling fan was going to be in the room, we decided to cancel the ceiling fan. It would have been obstrusive in the center of the room due to low ceiling height and additional air circulation wasn't needed. The heating and air conditioning unit also provided a fan which works beautifully for air circulation if required.
The design team and the two gentlemen who worked on the project from beginning to end were great. Communication was great. They kept us in the loop at all times. Any concerns/questions we had were answered and/or dealt with right away. After completion, we had some water seepage in a few windows. We called and they came and fixed the problem with some "weeping holes" - hadn't had a problem since. We have an all glass ceiling which works for us since we have a large tree that shades the sunroom. However, if you didn't have natural shade, you might want to go with a solid ceiling for shade. The heating unit has been tested in as low as 25 degrees and heats beautifully. Worked just as well in the hot summer months when we needed air conditioning in the room. Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. It has provided us with wonderful "outdoor" space we can use year round and an excellent space for our ever growing family gatherings."

"I highly recommend SPU. We used them for roofing. The owner is great to work with, he always answered my phone call when I called and showed up when he said he would show up. He came out to do a quote on Wednesday, materials were delivered that Friday and the roof was done by that Sunday afternoon. The crew was very respectable, they did a great job cleaning up after the job, there was not a piece of garbage or a nail to be found anywhere."

"John's crew gutted our three bathrooms with a beautiful high-end result for a reasonable price. John's professionalism and help on the front end is an industry advantage helping you navigate your options before you begin construction. We were very happy with the results. I would definitely rehire and strongly recommend."

"I hired VRC management to do my bathroom remodel. They did a great job with a difficult project. Jozef was an excellent communicator, always answering my questions clearly and responding in a timely manner. We had a couple of unforeseen challenges come up in the middle of the project, and I was always kept in the loop and consulted. The quality of the work was also excellent, and Jozef made it a priority to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. I love the way my bathroom turned out."

"It was terrific. I love the results! Peter and his team have such an eye for detail Peter is nice and very easy to work with. My bungalow kitchen and bathroom was completely demolished and redone. He was able to save my original maple floors, and build a nice book shelf in the connecting hall way. I may never leave the house, I love it so much. Can't wait to entertain!"

"John has been wonderful through every project for me - I am able to trust him, because after his jobs, I have asked neighbors and friends and found out that his prices were very, very reasonable.
He always gives me a good gameplan, and allows me to decide what areas I am able to do. Once we figure out the projects I can do, he does them in a professional manner, and in a timely fashion.
I would certainly refer John to friends/family and neighbors for all projects."
