He came to my home shortly thereafter, checked the unit, took pictures and showed me what needed to be replaced and also provided different options to fix the issue and keep the cost reasonable. "Lately service at Acosta has been disappointing and confusing. Plus I've had to deal with unprofessional, argumentative and dishonest employee, Ms. Bridget. Monthly I pay $21.45 and per our contract Acosta is suppose to come to my home twice a year to do a tuneup on my heat pump. In 2025 they only came once. I paid more that $250 for them to only come once. How is that fair? This isn't the first time they only came once in a year. The argumentative Bridget angrily told me she would send me a copy of the dates and times they've been to my home...I'm still waiting. I asked Bridget to allow me to speak to the owner, she told me she handles all issues and wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner. So what is a customer to do when they have to deal with an angry, unprofessional, argumentative, dishonest employee? Is it asking too much to get what I paid for?"
